Dancing their way to a safer SA after a difficult past 19 months, we join the team of Dis-Chem Pharmacy Linksfield and the team of Mistamed Health & Home Pharmacy in Lyndhurst as they step up to celebrate their victories.
The Dis-Chem Pharmacy in Linksfield is nestled in The Neighbourhood Square – a retail complex in the area and serves the neighbourhood community by providing them with essentials and day-to-day medical assistance. Their team believes in encouragement and unity, especially over the last 19 months. This belief shone brightly in the vibrant and happy smiles on their staff's faces as they stood together in dance for the challenge.
Mistamed Health & Home Pharmacy set up shop in the retail space of Lyndhurst Place where they cater to the residents and local community. Despite the challenges of the last 19 months, their team is focused on rising up and rebuilding.
As for what bravery means to the pharmacies, this is what they had to share...
Being ‘brave’ is not being a spectator in life, rather being a participant. And that’s what resulted in us participating in this beautiful event today.
Being ‘brave’ means being confident and being determined in whatever we want to do in our lives. And also the ability to take opportunities when they arrive or come.
