Pre-qualification Requirements:

Service providers must be an Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) to small enterprises which is 51% or more black owned in order to participate in this Expression of Interest.

The programme is based on the mandate of UNISA B-BBEE strategy which serves to empower small enterprises to make meaningful contributions to the economy of South Africa, through job creation and business expansion. The 2023 intake is limited to only 250 new potential suppliers in all regions.
