Electronic copy of the tender document will be available on the municipal website www.pksdm.gov.za and e-tender portal from Tuesday, 23 April 2024.

Duly completed tender enclosed in a sealed enveloped marked “TENDER NO. & DESCPRIPTION” with the name of the tenderer, shall be deposited in the tender box provided at the municipal reception area at 01 Culvert Road, Industrial Site, De Aar, before 12:00 on Wednesday, 22 May 2024. Tenderers will be opened in public. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted.  

Pixley ka Seme District Municipality reserves the right to withdraw any invitation to tender and/or to re-advertise or reject any tender or to accept a part of it. The municipality does not bind itself to accepting the lowest or award a contract to the bidder scoring the highest number of points. All tenders submitted will be evaluated in terms of Council’s Supply Chain Management Policy and Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, No. of 2000 and Preferential Regulations 2022, as defined in the conditions of tender in tender document.
