COMPULSORY: BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT BOTH A HARD COPY AND A SOFT COPY (SCANNED INTO DISC OR USB) OF A COMPLETED TENDER DOCUMENT AND RETURNABLES.

Telegraphic or electronic tenders will not be accepted.

Tenderers must provide the necessary information to comply with Section 83 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) and subscribe to the terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000 (Act 5 of 2000) and its 2022 regulation. Furthermore, the Supply Chain Management Regulations published in Government Gazette 40553 on 20 January 2017 and the Supply Chain Management By-Law of the JB Marks Local Municipality will apply.
