Special Conditions: RFT documents will be forwarded on request from tenders@mandela.ac.za upon receipt of proof of payment and will be available as from 15 April 2024. A non-refundable deposit of R300 (VAT inclusive), payable via EFT, is required on request of each document.

The University will not be held responsible for bidders excluded from the compulsory briefing because of late arrival.

RFTs must be submitted in a sealed envelope which includes one bound hard copy and a PDF file on a flash drive bearing the tender number and tender description.

Nelson Mandela University reserves the right not to award to the lowest bidder.
