Her brand is all about wellness and lifestyle upliftment through fitness and nutrition guides, as well as beauty and skincare products.

After a few years in what was considered a male-focused industry, she saw a growing demand and need for training and fitness guides that are uniquely crafted toward dynamic women who are often on the move. Her mission to build the female body at all fitness level has helped grow her consumer base significantly.

While Rushda was well-versed in the fitness industry, she had quite a bit to learn about financing her business venture. "So, for us we try to have an automated system where the back-end is linked to various things that make our lives easier," she adds "...we use Sage cloud accounting."
