Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant provides essential support to the offices of the Principal Officer, Deputy Principal Officer, Chairperson and the Board of Trustees.

Minimum Requirements

·  5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.

·  Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Key Performance Areas

· Executive Administration: Coordinate activities and services for the Principal Officer, Deputy Principal Officer, Chairperson, Board, as well as support services for Trustees.

· Office Administration: Manage diaries, monitor and respond to emails, coordinate travel arrangements for executives and authorized personnel, and plan and organize events.

Competencies

· Comprehensive understanding of the pension industry.

·    Ability to filter, assess, and prioritize information for executive attention.

·    Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, ranging from entry-level to professional.

·    Highest standard of confidentiality.

·    Flexibility to work outside normal business hours.

·    Strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to build strategic working relationships.
