Minimum Requirements

Outboard Mechanic (Ref No. OM2023):

· Certified Yamaha trained technician with a technical aptitude and proficiency in Yamaha outboard motors,   both two stroke and four stroke engines.

· A minimum of 3-5 years working knowledge of Yamaha outboard motors and good problem-solving skills.

· Customer and people orientation;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail;

· Assertiveness and Resilient;

· Computer Literacy;

· Proven working experience in a team environment.

· A high level of mechanical and technical ability.

· Code EB drivers licence and have the relevant experience to tow a boat.

· Comfortable using mechanical and electrical power tools required for the job.

· It would be beneficial to have the knowledge and ability to work with composite materials and do basic fibrelass repairs to vessels and equipment.

IT & Records Manager (Ref No. ITR 2023):

· B–Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Engineering.

· 7 years’ experience in systems development, infrastructure management and systems support, three preferably at managerial level;

· Training in industry standards (ITL), quality, and experience in their application in IT within business environment;

· Understand computing platforms, security and network domain;

· High level knowledge of storage, server, and hosting facilities management;

· People Management;
