Job Purpose

A position of Personal Assistant to the CEO is available at Vaalharts Water User Association trading as Vaalharts Water, which has as its core business raw water bulk distribution to farmers, industries and municipalities with its head office situated at the address indicated below

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, extensive Excel experience and skills and Ms Office experience. Highly Proficient in English Writing and Communication. Professional Individual.

Key Performance Areas

1. Managing the CEO’s diary and appointments and any other office matter

2. Managing the CEO’s email inbox

3. Managing access control at the CEO’s office

4. Administration surrounding the Board including all Agenda & Minutes of all Board committees.

5. Filing duties

6. Hospitality of the CEO’s official guests

7. Liaison with external parties as instructed.

8. VHWUA telephone system maintenance

9. Housing Committee administration

10. Liaison between Departments, HR Department, Payroll and Finance for Payroll Document Compilation, Distribution, Payroll File Compilation and Issue Resolvent

11. And any other lawful instruction
